• Download our app & add subscription amount in our wallet.
• Give a missed call on 8000 755 999

Terms & conditions

• The prime & elite packages are applicable in Vadodara city only. It will be valid for 30 days. It doesn’t contain dry cleaning of any cloth.
• The ironing & washing subscription packages are nontransferable and nonrefundable. The subscription payment either through wallet or cash should be received in advance.
• One pickup can consist of the bag with ironing and/or washing. The pickup & delivery count cannot be carry forwarded to the consecutive month.
• RFID Tagging will be stitched to the cloth to ensure the safety of it. Undergarments bag will have to be accommodated inside the main bag only.
• 50/- will be charged if the pickup bag is damaged because of any reasons. It is imposed to give you the full benefit of all the clothes put safely inside the bag.
• Chakachak reserves the right to take final decision in case of any disagreement of dispute. Subject to Vadodara Jurisdiction.
